👋 Hi I’m Patric a Software Engineer & Engineering Manager with about 20 years of experience in building software for a living.

I work for LumApps as a Engineering Director overseeing the Communication & Collaboration teams.

In the past, I was co-owner of an IT services and software development company for several years. Before that, I worked for a consulting firm and a small medical technology company.

At Work

As a manager, I focus on slim processes and empowering teams to deliver high-quality products. I help, teach, and support my team while promoting a “can-do” attitude.

As an engineer I’m passionate about programming languages, compilers, virtual machines, and distributed systems. I also enjoy working with data, machine learning, and large language models.

In Private

I’m a runner, cyclist (road and mountain biking), and skier. I’m also a music nerd, always hunting for new tunes, and I love to cook. 🍲
